links together blogs by amateur to professional birdwatchers. Some breed pet birds and offer them for sale. The blogs are fun to read by anyone that has pet birds or is just interested in the subject. They provide information on nutritional needs for the different bird species, shelter requirements (cage size), genetics of breeding for the different color mutations, and stories about pet birds. They are usually accompanied by photos. You're sure to enjoy surfing this webring even if you have just a casual interest in birds.

Although I wrote it specifically for bird owners, the information can apply to all kinds of animals and pets. I know this because we currently own a dog, about 8 parakeets, are breeding Cockatiels and in the past we owned a variety of other animals.

Our Lutino Cockatiels are such a light yellow that they appear mostly white with a hint of yellow hue
and of course they still have the orange spots on the cheeks.

Each Cockatiel is Hand-fed, hand-tamed. Hatched in August 2008, ready for new homes.
Those Hatched Christmas 2008 through New year's 2009 (also hand-fed) will be ready towards end of February or early March. Call for appointment to view birds in our home, Auburn Maine.

We are selling Cockatiels from our home.
Some of those birds we acquired this summer.
One we had for a long time, 4 were hatched here in our house..
We hand-fed them, helping the Father Cock when the hen stopped caring for her chicks and are selling 3 of them.
As a result of the hand-feeding they are hand-tamed.
